About Us

Eastwood Elementary School was built in 1973. It has received four separate additions (1983, 2002, 2003, and 2018). The building occupies an 8.1-acre site in northern West Fargo and has a preferred capacity of 528 and a maximum capacity of 576.

Eastwood Elementary School is home to the Eastwood Eagles. The school belongs to the Packer feeder-system; students move on to Cheney Middle School and West Fargo High School.

The building’s principals have included: Edsel Kercher (1973 - 2002), Jeffry Johnson (2002 - 2012), Paula Henry (2012 - 2019), Tabatha Joyce (2019 - 2023), and Tom Gruchow (2023-Present).
